Getting Started with Recruiter Search

1. Start by searching for the role you're looking for using relevant keywords.

2. Refine the search with details like experience, location, education, and more once we initiate the search.

Enhanced Search Features

• Smarter Ranking: Elevates stronger fit profiles in the results.

• Profile Counts: Displayed in 5,000 result increments, providing recruiters with a clearer view of the talent pool size.

• Synonym Engine: Goes beyond exact keywords, understanding search intent and automatically adding relevant skills and designations.

Understanding the Results Page

On the results page, you'll notice:

• Yellow Highlights: Indicate exact search terms.

• Blue Highlights: Show related terms.

• Bold Highlights: Indicate AI Augmented Skills, helping you discover more relevant profiles.

This enables recruiters to discover relevant candidates even if their profiles use different but related terminology.

Profile Evaluation

• Profiles with very little information are de-boosted, not deleted.

• More complete profiles are pushed higher, helping you evaluate stronger options first.

• CV data is used to enrich profiles with limited information, giving you more context to evaluate candidates.
