Smart Insights is a powerful tool designed to help you find the most suitable candidates for your job openings. Follow this step-by-step guide to make the most of this feature.

Step 1: Log In and Access Search

Begin by logging into your platform. Once logged in, click on the Search option to start the process.

Step 2: Fill Out the Search Form

In this example, we will be searching for a Product Manager. Enter the role you are hiring for in the search form.

Step 3: Utilize Smart Insights

• Scroll down to find the Smart Insights section and click on it.

• Explore various options to refine your search.

• If you need candidates from top engineering institutes, select Top 100 Asia Engineering Colleges.

• Additional filters include options like Candidates with Startup Experience and Founder Experience.

Step 4: Execute the Search

After setting your preferences, click on Search Candidates to view a list of candidates that match your criteria.

Step 5: Edit Smart Insights

You can modify your Smart Insights settings even on the search results page. The option is conveniently located on the left side.
