To tackle this issue, FoundIt has launched the In-Platform Inventory Usage Report, a powerful feature that provides recruiters with full control and transparency over their inventory usage.
Wondering where to find this feature? Simply log in to your portal and head to the reports section. Here you will find three types of reports:
In the Usage Summary Report, you can easily filter the data to view your usage over any time frame you choose. You can also view the usage report for a specific login ID. If you are a global account, you can break down the report by region for more detailed insights. With insights on total, daily, and monthly inventory, you can also download the report for easy access and analysis. As you scroll down, you'll see a summary of activities performed by each login ID at an overall level.
In the Inventory Consumption Report, unlike the Usage Summary Report, you can view your inventory consumption broken down at an item level. As you scroll down, you'll be able to see a detailed breakdown of the inventory consumed across various product types, with insights provided at the date level.
Finally, in the Job Posting Detailed Report, you can see the number of jobs posted and the total applications received. It also provides a detailed view of job IDs, posting dates, city, country, job type, and more.
