Step-by-Step Guide to Posting a Job

  1. Sign In: After signing in, click on "Job Posting" from the header navigation and select "Post a Job" from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select Job Type: You'll see three job types: permanent, contract, and walk-in. Click a tab to view the one you need.

  3. Set Posting Time: Set the posting time and add an expiry date for the job.

  4. Show Recommended Resumes: Click "Show Recommended Resumes from the Database" to start receiving matching resumes within 30 minutes.

  5. Receive Job Applications: If you wish to get a copy of the job applications in your inbox, select the appropriate option.

  6. Enter Job Details:

    • Type in the job title (e.g., Product Management).

    • Specify the required experience, including both minimum and maximum years.

    • Click on "Generate Skills and Description by AI" to generate the skills and description.

    • Add the job location and mode.

    • Fill in the minimum and maximum salary range.

  7. Add a Questionnaire:

    • Click "Add Questionnaire to this Job Posting" if desired.

    • Create a new questionnaire by adding its name and description.

    • Add up to 5 multiple-choice questions and 1 essay-type question.

    • Assign points to each question, ensuring the total equals 100.

  8. Post the Job: Once satisfied with the questionnaire, click "Post Job" to take your job posting live.

Managing Job Postings

After posting, you will be redirected to a success page with a congratulatory message. You can manage the post directly from the success page by clicking "Manage Job Posting".

  • View all active, draft, scheduled, and expired posts.

  • Search for jobs by job title, job ID, or folder name.

  • Use filters to narrow down jobs by date range or job type.

  • Edit, copy, and download applications.

  • Share, renew, or expire existing jobs.

  • Multi-select jobs to expire or renew them.

  • Click on a specific job to manage it at the folder level.
