How the Outreach Portal Works

Let's dive deeper into how it works. There are multiple ways to select a person for outreach:

• After conducting a search, you can review multiple profiles and choose one at a time.

• Alternatively, you can reach out to all people from the search results page after performing a search.

You can increase the number of profiles displayed on the search results page from 40 to a maximum of 160 and reach out to them in one go.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Select everyone from the search results page and add them to a folder.

2. Name the folder test_software_engineer for record-keeping purposes and click the create button.

3. Once the folder is created, you can reach out via email and SMS. Chat will also be available soon.

4. Click the emailer button to start an email outreach campaign. You can send emailers to up to 5000 profiles at once.

5. Choose to schedule a campaign or send it immediately. Scheduling allows the system to build momentum gradually, improving delivery rates and overall results.

6. In the sender ID and receive replies on fields, enter your company email address for credibility and professionalism.

7. Provide the designation, required experience range, and location. Our AI generator will craft a personalized outreach email, including a detailed job description.

8. Fill in details like the campaign name and salary range. The email will be ready to send.

9. Add follow-ups to boost candidate responses. Two AI-powered follow-ups are included by default but will stop if the candidate responds.

10. Make changes to follow-up content and timing as needed. Use the Reset button to reset specific follow-ups without affecting others.

11. Add candidate details by selecting the folder test-software-engineer and click Send Mail.

12. Add your company name, banner, and logo to instill confidence in job seekers.

13. Once everything is set up, launch the campaign or save it as a draft to send later.
