WhatsApp Outreach Campaign for Job Openings

WhatsApp is the go-to app for quick and reliable communication. With our new feature, you can send job openings directly to seekers on WhatsApp. Please note, this is a sample feature demo. Details such as locations, currency formats, filters, and other candidate information are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust and reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.

Use Case 1: Searching for Candidates

1. Begin by clicking on Search in the navigation bar.

2. Search for a data analyst with mandatory SQL skills and click the Search button.

3. Select all the profiles you like and click on WhatsApp.

4. Fill in the job title, job mode and location, experience, and salary range.

5. Note that each WhatsApp message to a candidate consumes 4 outreach credits.

6. Save the details as a draft or click Save and Continue.

7. On the Text Compose page, choose a template or send a text-only message.

8. To add an image, toggle the switch to enable the Media File option and click Browse to upload your brand logo or banner.

9. Select Document to upload a file if needed.

10. Click the Send Campaign button to send the message.

When a candidate gets the message and clicks Job Apply, it will be counted as a campaign response.

Use Case 2: Sending Campaigns from a Folder

1. Select all the profiles you like and create a folder.

2. Go to the Folder page by clicking on Folder in the navigation bar.

3. Click on the folder name to be redirected to the Folder Management page.

4. Decide how you want to send the WhatsApp campaign under this folder.

5. You can send the campaign to all shortlisted profiles or only to those who have responded.

6. Check campaign details by going to the Campaign page from the navigation bar.

7. View details of all candidates who responded by clicking the three dots and selecting Download Replies.
