Enhancing Candidate Communication with Our New Chat Feature
When reaching out to candidates, speed and convenience are crucial. Traditional methods like phone calls and emails can sometimes be ineffective. Candidates may miss your call if they're busy or in a meeting, and emails can get buried in their inbox, especially if they receive a lot of messages daily. Our new chat feature addresses these challenges by providing an accessible way to communicate with candidates, allowing for timely responses.
How to Create a Chat Campaign
- From the search results page, select the candidates who meet your requirements.
- Click on the chat option located between SMS and Compare.
- You'll be prompted to name your campaign, allowing you to easily keep track of each one you create.
- Draft a message for all selected candidates at once. You can choose to notify them via email and even attach a file to share.
- Hit send to start the campaign.
If you find a candidate you're interested in, you can also start a chat directly by creating a campaign from the candidate display page. Just follow the same steps to reach out.
Accessing the Chat Portal
- Click on the chat icon in the navigation bar.
- You'll be redirected to the chat portal, where you can type a message, attach a file, and choose to notify the candidate via email if needed.
- You can pin specific conversations to keep them easily accessible or choose to block a candidate.
- Through other interactions, you can see if a candidate is part of any other campaigns you've launched.
- Filter conversations by campaign to stay organized and focus on the specific campaign you want to.
