Smart Insights: A Step-by-Step Guide

Welcome to the Smart Insights feature demo. This tool will help you narrow down your search and find more precise candidates. Please note that this is a sample demonstration, and details such as locations, currency formats, and filters are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust to reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.

Getting Started

1. Log in to your platform.

2. Click on Search.

Filling Out the Search Form

In this example, we will use the role of Product Manager for our search.

Accessing Smart Insights

1. Scroll down to find Smart Insights.

2. Click on it to access options that help refine your search further.

Refining Your Search

• Want someone with an MBA degree from a top institution in India? Click on Top 100 India MBA Colleges to filter accordingly.

• Additional filters include Candidates with Startup Experience, Founder Experience, and many more.

Executing the Search

1. Once you've selected your preferences, click on Search Candidates.

Note: The feature is showcased here as it appears in the India region. On the right side of the screen, you can see screenshots of how it looks in the Southeast Asia and Gulf regions for your reference.

Viewing and Editing Results

After executing the search, you'll see a list of candidates tailored to your requirements. You can edit your Smart Insights anytime, even on the search results page. The option is available on the left side.
