Introduction

With Founded's advanced JPMS, all you need to do is input basic details like job title, experience, and salary range, and then leave it to our cutting-edge technology to help you hire the perfect candidate using our AI-recommended resumes, AI-generated job descriptions, and advanced outreach function.

How to Use JPMS

  1. After signing in, click on Job Posting from the header navigation, and select Post a Job from the drop-down menu.
  2. You can see the three job types: Permanent, Contract, and Walk-in. Clicking on any of the respective tabs will take you to that section.
  3. You can choose to post the job immediately or schedule it for a later date.
  4. Choose an existing folder to save this job or create a new folder.
  5. Add an expiry date for this job.
  6. Click on the Show Recommended Resumes filter to instantly get 50 to 500 resumes that match your job posting attributes, all within 10 minutes of posting the job.
  7. If you'd like to receive a copy of the job applications via email, simply click on this option.
  8. Provide the job title, experience range, and other details. For example, looking for a Product Manager with 3 to 4 years of work experience.
  9. If you have the skills and job description ready, add them. If not, click on Generate Skills and Job Description by AI.
  10. Highlight specific perks or benefits for the job role, choose the work mode, and DEI considerations.
  11. Add the job location, salary range, industry, functions, roles, and education requirements.
  12. If the recruiter's name exists in the web admin, it will be auto-populated. Otherwise, type it in.
  13. Optionally, add a questionnaire to the job posting.
  14. Click on Next to proceed.
  15. If you have existing questionnaires, select one. Otherwise, create a new questionnaire.
  16. Attach the questionnaire and click on Post Job.

Post-Job Management

After posting the job, you will be redirected to a success page with a congratulatory message. From here, you can:

  • Manage the post directly by clicking Manage Job Posting.
  • From the header navigation, access the Manage Job Postings page to see all active, draft, scheduled, and expired posts.
  • Search for jobs by job title, job ID, or folder name.
  • Use filters to narrow down jobs by date, range, or job type.
  • Edit, copy, and download applications.
  • Share, renew, or expire an existing job.
  • Multi-select jobs to renew or expire them.
  • Click on a specific job to manage it at the folder level.
