After running a candidate search, you can select the profiles you want to reach out to. You may select individual profiles or multiple candidates directly from the search results page. You can also select all of the profiles listed on one page or change the number of profiles per page as well.
Once the candidates are selected, you can add them to a folder for easier campaign management and record keeping.
Once the folder is created, you can start your outreach campaign by choosing the email option. This opens the email campaign setup page.
Create the email that candidates will receive.
Add your employer branding details such as company banner and logo to build trust.
Enter job information including designation, job mode, location, experience range, and salary range.
The system assists with outreach content by auto-suggesting a subject line and generating an email message based on role details.
A JD summary is added by default, which can be unchecked if not needed.
Edit the email message, change content, add placeholders, or reset sections as required.
Switch between edit mode, desktop preview, and mobile preview to see how the email will look on different devices.
Candidate details are automatically carried forward from the selected folder. The campaign name includes a timestamp by default to avoid overlap with other campaigns. You can edit the campaign name if needed.
Schedule the campaign or send it immediately.
Scheduling is recommended for controlled email delivery and improved responses.
Check the sender ID and reply-to email addresses.
Automated follow-up emails are supported by default. Choose the follow-up frequency and number of follow-ups, or select "No follow-up" if not needed.
Once everything is reviewed, you can either save the campaign as a draft or start the campaign. Review messages across devices, manage follow-ups, and launch campaigns with clarity and control. This helps you reach relevant candidates faster and improves the overall hiring process.
