Step 1: Log in to your recruiter account

After logging in, you will be directed to your recruiter dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Search" tab

Clicking on the "Search" tab will take you to the search page where you can start looking for candidates.

Step 3: Define your search criteria

In this example, we are looking for a candidate with .NET, .NET developer, and software developer skills from Delhi NCR.

Step 4: Use the location filter

To find candidates from your desired location, use the location filter and select "Delhi NCR".

Step 5: Explore the search results

Once you have applied the location filter, you will see the search results.

Step 6: Utilize registered and sourced profiles

foundit offers you the option to find candidates from both registered and sourced profiles. Sourced profiles allow you to reach out to candidates who are not actively seeking jobs, expanding your talent pool.

Step 7: Refine your search (optional)

If needed, you can further refine your search by adding additional criteria. For example, you can search for candidates with knowledge of ASP.NET.

Step 8: Review the search results
