We know it's been tough to keep track of job applications and replies because they come from different email addresses. But with our newest update, no matter how the prospect engages with your job posting emailer, you'll get notified through just one email ID. Let's dive into how it will happen.
Candidates have three ways to engage with your job posting email:
If candidates choose to apply, they will now be redirected to their seeker portal to confirm their application by clicking on Apply. Once the candidate expresses their interest in applying for the position, you will get an email from jobappliesatfounded.ai containing the candidate's profile and resume. If the profile is sourced and we do not have the candidate's resume, it will not be attached. The subject line will contain the candidate's name, campaign name, and the designation.
If the candidate has some questions or comments on the job posting and they click on Reply, they will be redirected to a comment box where they can fill in their query/comments and submit it. Even if a candidate clicks Reply or replies to your emailer directly, you will again receive an email from jobappliesatfounded.ai along with the candidate's profile and resume. The subject line will contain the candidate's name, campaign name, and designation.
In this video, "Hi" has been used as a placeholder for the message you will receive. Previously, receiving emails for applications and replies might have made tracking difficult due to the usage of different mail IDs. This new process should help simplify your outreach and make managing replies more efficient.
So, are you hiring like it's 2050 already?
