We understand that finding the right candidate can be challenging, especially when the job description from the hiring manager feels like a puzzle. Identifying which skills are most important can take time. To simplify this process, we're excited to introduce our new feature, Search Via Job Description, your new hiring superpower.
Please note, this is a sample feature demo. Details such as locations, currency formats, filters, and other candidate information are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust and reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.
Log In: Access your account and click on Search from the navigation bar.
Select Search Method: Choose whether to use a search form or simply paste a job description.
Job Description Powered Search: Click on this option to proceed.
Input Job Description: Copy and paste the job description you have received or write it out. Note, there's a 5000 character limit.
Execute Search: Hit search, and your results will be ready.
On the right side, you'll find all the profiles customized to match your job description.
This feature also considers location and experience filters, so you're all set in one go.
If you want to modify the keywords used, simply click Modify Search.
