Smart Filters for Candidate Search

We have something called smart filters that help you narrow down your search and find exactly the candidates you need. Let's deep dive into it. Please note, this is a sample feature demo. Details such as locations, currency formats, filters, and other candidate information are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust and reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using Smart Filters

1. Start with the Position

First, let's start with the position we're hiring for, such as a marketing manager. Please note, always enclose multi-word keywords in double quotes, and the first keyword you enter automatically becomes a mandatory keyword.

2. Explore Smart Filters

Now let's look at the smart filters we have:

  • Salary

  • Experience

  • Location

  • Education

  • Employment Type

  • And many more

3. Deep Dive into Specific Filters

Location

Here you can choose candidates who are currently in your location, like Gurugram, or even those who are open to relocation.

Experience

You can choose the experience range you're looking for. For example, candidates with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience.

Education

For this role, we're okay with any UG or PG degree. However, for technical roles like software engineer, you can choose to keep it specific by selecting a particular UG degree and specifying the degree name. You also have the option to add the passing year in case you're looking for freshers.

Industries

You can specifically choose to hire someone from a particular industry. For example, if you're looking for a product manager but only from the fintech industry, you can use the industry filter to narrow it down.

Company

If you want candidates from specific companies, you can use the company filter to select them.

Designation

If you're looking for candidates with a particular designation, the designation filter helps you narrow it down easily.

Notice Period

We have provided options for notice period. Whether you are looking for an immediate joiner or are okay with a notice period of 1, 2, or more months, you can filter accordingly.

Salary

With the salary filter, you can enter a minimum and maximum salary range to find candidates that fit your budget.

Diversity

We also have a diversity filter where you can specifically choose if you're looking for a male or female candidate for the role.

4. Search for Candidates

Once you've narrowed down the kind of candidate you're looking for, just hit search candidates to get the most relevant matches.

Kindly note that we're showcasing the feature here as it appears in the India region. On the right side of the screen, you can see screenshots of how it looks in the Southeast Asia and Gulf regions for your reference. The Southeast Asia and Gulf regions have nationality as a smart filter as visible in the screenshot.
