WhatsApp is the most used app for communication due to its convenience and the assurance that the recipient will reply upon seeing the message. Recognizing that emails and calls aren't always effective for candidate responses, we've introduced a WhatsApp feature to send job openings directly to seekers. Let's explore how to use this feature effectively.
Begin by clicking on Search in the navigation bar.
Search for a specific role, such as a data analyst with mandatory SQL skills, and click the Search button.
Select all the profiles you like and click on WhatsApp.
Note: You can send campaigns to up to 5000 profiles at once.
Fill in the job details such as title, mode, location, experience, and salary range in the WhatsApp portal.
Save it as a draft or click Save & Continue.
On the Text Compose page, choose from pre-designed templates for experienced candidates or freshers.
Preview the campaign and click Send Campaign when ready.
Select all the profiles you like and create a folder.
Navigate to the folder page by clicking on Folder in the navigation bar.
Click on the folder name to access the Folder Management page.
Decide how to send the WhatsApp campaign: to all shortlisted profiles or only those who have responded.
For responding profiles, select their profile and click on WhatsApp directly from the Folder Management page.
Check campaign details by visiting the Campaign page from the navigation bar to see open and response rates.
If a candidate responds, view the information by clicking on the three dots and selecting Download Replies.
We believe this new feature will enhance your outreach efforts, improve candidate response rates, and help you close positions faster. Happy hiring!
