Overview of the Outreach Portal

Our Outreach Portal allows you to connect directly with candidates, inform them about job openings, and close positions as quickly as possible. Here's how it works:

Candidate Selection

  • Run a candidate search.

  • Select individual profiles or multiple profiles on the search results page.

  • Select all profiles listed on the page or change the number of profiles per page.

  • Add selected candidates to your folder for easier campaign management and record keeping.

Email Campaign Setup

After creating a folder, choose the Email Outreach option to start creating a campaign. This opens the Email Campaign Setup page, guiding you through the process step by step.

  • Compose section: Create previews that candidates will view.

  • Add employer branding or company logo details.

  • Upload and adjust banner images and company logos.

  • Enter job information, including job mode, location, experience range, and salary range.

  • Create or suggest a subject line for the email.

  • AI-generated JD summary is added by default but can be unchecked if not needed.

  • Edit email message, add placeholders, change sections, or reset content as needed.

Preview and Launch

  • Switch between edit mode, desktop preview mode, and mobile mode.

  • Review the complete candidate experience before launching the campaign.

Campaign Setup

  • Candidate details are automatically carried forward from the selected folder.

  • Campaign name includes a timestamp to avoid overlap.

  • Choose the campaign type: schedule or send immediately.

  • Check sender ID and reply to email addresses.

  • Automated follow-ups are available if candidates do not respond.

  • Save the campaign as a draft or start the campaign.

Post-Launch

Once the campaign is launched, you will be redirected to your campaign section to view analytics and progress. The updated email campaign setup helps you create better outreach emails, manage follow-ups, and launch campaigns with more clarity and control.
