Finding the right candidate can be challenging. A profile doesn't always show if they have the skills you need. That's why we've introduced assessments to test skills upfront and find the right fit faster. Let's get started.
You can trigger assessments from two places:
Folder Details Page: Select specific profiles from different stages and send them assessments directly.
Folder Listing Page: Add all the profiles you like in a folder and send assessments in one go.
There are three main uses for sending assessments:
If you have created an outreach campaign for a job and seekers have shown interest, you can test their skills by sending them an assessment directly from the folder management page.
For candidates who have already applied to your job, you can assess their skills by sending them an assessment to evaluate their abilities.
If you want to manually send assessments, simply add profiles to a folder and send them out in one go.
Type in "data analyst" with SQL as a mandatory skill and hit search.
Select all the profiles you like and create a folder for them.
Click on the folder in the navigation bar. The folder we created was named "data_analyst".
Hover over the folder, find the three dots, click on them, and then select "Send Assessment".
On the send assessment page, filter assessments based on skills and difficulty level. Request a customized assessment if needed. Click on "preview" to review questions. Select "Data Analyst" as the assessment and hit "Send Assessment".
To view the performance assessment dashboard:
Go to the folder listing page and click on the assessment next to the folder name.
Alternatively, click on the folder name to be directed to the folder details page, then click on "Assessment Dashboard".
On the assessment dashboard, you can:
Toggle through multiple assessments sent out.
Download reports.
See detailed data, including how many assessments were sent and recommendations.
Search candidates by name or filter by stage.
Once the seeker completes the test, click on "View Report" under additional actions beside the seeker's name to view their report card. This will provide a recommendation on whether to proceed with the candidate.
