Streamlining Job Application Tracking

We understand the challenges of keeping track of your outreach job applications and replies, especially when they come from different email addresses. Our newest update simplifies this process by ensuring that no matter how a prospect engages with your outreach campaign emailer, you'll receive notifications through a single email ID, complete with their display profile and resume attached.

Candidate Engagement Methods

Candidates have three ways to engage with your campaign emailers:

• Apply: When a candidate confirms their application by selecting "Apply," you will receive an email from jobapplies@founded.in with the candidate's display profile and resume attached for your tracking convenience. If a resume isn't available, it will not be included. The subject line will include the candidate's name, the campaign name, the position, and the word "applied" to help you efficiently filter and scroll through multiple email spaces campaigns.

• Reply: If the candidate has questions or comments on your job posting and clicks "Reply" or replies directly to your emailer, you will again receive an email from jobapplies@founded.in along with the candidate's display profile and resume. The subject line will follow the same format, but "applied" will be replaced with "replied."

Daily Application Reports

A daily report will be sent for each job, showing applications received in the last 24 hours and the total so far. This report is only sent if there have been new applications to your job posting in the past 24 hours. Reports will be sent for up to 60 days per job and will stop automatically after that. You will receive this email from jobapplies@founded.in.
