How to Start a Search Using the New Search Form

In this video, we will guide you through the process of starting a search using the newly designed search form. Please note that this is a sample feature demo. The details such as locations, currency formats, filters, and other candidate information are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust and reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.

Overview of Changes

Here's how the search form looked earlier. Based on your feedback and after studying competitors, we have completely revamped the experience. A quick highlight: the search by job description feature is unique to FoundIt, and you won't find it on our competitors' platforms. Simply copy and paste the JD you've received from the hiring manager, and you'll get a curated list of prospective candidates.

Updated Search Form Features

  • Recent and Saved Searches: You will now see all your recent and saved searches on the right, making it easy to continue from where you left off.

  • Keyword Addition: On the left, you can add keywords, include synonyms, and choose where they should appear, such as in skills, profile, resume, title, or designation. You can also add terms to exclude.

  • Location Preferences: Add the candidate's current location, choose to include those open to relocation, and specify preferred locations.

  • Filters: Experience, salary, and notice period filters work as before. The experience filter is now available only in years. The notice period filter has been updated with options like immediate joiner, up to one month, and up to two months.

  • Education Filter: Previously divided into higher education and secondary highest education, it now includes three options: any UG, specific UG, and no UG, allowing you to select particular degrees.

  • Other Filters: No changes have been made to other filters such as employment, smart, and additional filters.

  • Active, Updated Filter: Set this filter based on your preferred timeline and then hit search.
