In this video, we'll brief you on the new release, Superusers, a privilege that lets you enable or disable services for any login. If you are a Superuser, which could be anyone, such as a team lead or manager, and want to manage services for any login and have full control, follow the steps below.
Log in to our platform: Begin by logging into your account.
Access & Settings: Navigate to the Access & Settings section.
Manage Users: Click on Manage Users.
Modify Services: Click on the icon to make changes to any service you would like to assign or unassign to specific logins.
As a Superuser, you can also track all actions taken by any login in the Reports section. This includes activities such as posting a job or sending outreach.
Navigate to Reports: Head to the navigation bar and click on Reports.
View Reports: Find the job posting, inventory consumption, and usage summary reports both at an overall level and for individual logins.
Download Reports: You can download specific reports by clicking on the Download Report option.
