Current Candidate Display Profile

We spoke to many of you and identified a few issues with the current candidate display profile:

• Comments Section Visibility: The comments section wasn't easy to spot, making it difficult for multiple team members hiring for the same role to know if someone had already reviewed the profile or shared feedback.

• Confusion with Resume Format: Many users were confused by the standardized resume format, often wondering how everyone could have the same format and feeling unsure about using it.

• UI and Experience: The user interface and experience felt quite different from other platforms, making navigation challenging.

Improvements Based on Feedback

Based on your feedback, here's how the candidate display profile will look moving forward:

1. Consistent Details Format: At the top, the details will now match the format used on the search results page.

2. Clear Timeline Format: The candidate experience will be shown in a clear timeline format rather than the previous sand dunes format.

3. Visible Comments Section: As you scroll down, the comments section is now clearly visible on the right, allowing you to easily see what your team members have shared about the profile.

4. Profile Details and Resume: On the left, you will still see the usual profile details along with the attached resume.

5. Similar Profiles Section: A new section for similar profiles has been added to the candidate display page, showing profiles similar to the one you are currently viewing.

6. Enhanced Navigation Options: From the navigation bar, you can now send an email, WhatsApp, or SMS directly. You can also download the profile or resume with a single click on the download button.
