How to Search for Candidates on Foundet's Platform

On Foundet's platform, you'll find two types of candidates: those who have signed up on Foundet and those who are currently active in the job market, referred to as sourced profiles. Let's explore how you can search across both the registered and sourced candidate pools.

Note: This is a sample feature demo. Details such as locations, currency formats, filters, and other candidate information are for reference only. In your account, these will automatically adjust and reflect the region associated with your services once you log in.

Step-by-Step Guide to Searching for Candidates

  1. Log in to Your Recruiter Account: After logging in, click on the "Search" option to get started.

  2. Fill Out the Search Form: In this example, we'll use the keywords .net, .net developer, and software developer. We'll look for candidates who are currently based in Delhi.

  3. Hit Search Candidates: Once you've filled out the form, click on "Search Candidates" to proceed.

  4. Navigate the Search Results Page: You'll find the tabs "All," "Registered," and "Sourced" at the top right corner.

  5. Understand the Tabs:

    • All Candidates: This tab includes both registered and sourced candidates.

    • Registered Candidates: These are candidates who have signed up on Foundet.

    • Sourced Candidates: These candidates are gathered from publicly available platforms and are actively in the job market.

By using both pools, we hope you'll be able to close your open positions faster.
