Feature Demo: Company Type Filter

At Founded, we're committed to helping you make smarter, more precise hiring decisions. To support this, we've introduced the new Company Type filter, allowing you to narrow down your talent search based on organization types with the flexibility to select current or past company experience.

How It Works

Upon accessing the screen where we usually conduct searches by entering keywords, experience, current location, and various filters, salary, and education details, we then move to the filter called Employment Details.

Introducing the Company Type Filter

Under Employment Details, our new feature is called Company Type. With the new Company Type filter, you can now refine your search based on three company types:

• IT Product

• GCC

• MNC Startup

Simply select the company types that align with your hiring requirements. You can further customize your search by choosing whether these company preferences should apply to a candidate's:

• Current Company

• Past Company

• Current or Past Company

After choosing the right option that aligns with your requirement, simply perform the search. Once you perform the search, you will see that the Company Type feature is also available in the Modify Search option for you to make any changes whenever required.

With greater control over company preference, find candidates with the right organizational experience and make your searches more targeted.
