Finding Similar Profiles

While scrolling through candidates, do you come across a profile you really like and wish you could find more like it? Worry not, our Similar Profiles feature is here to help. Let's directly get into how to use it.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Search for Candidates: Start by searching for candidates. In this example, we'll look for a Java developer with 1-3 years of experience. Now, just hit "Search Candidates".

2. Select a Profile: If you really like Navneet's profile and want to find more candidates like him, just click on "Similar Profiles".

3. View Similar Profiles: With a single click, the system runs a fresh search based on key attributes from the selected profile, such as company, job title, salary, and more, to show you a list of closely matching candidates.

4. Review Results: After the click, you'll now see profiles similar to the one you liked.
